Girls Youth Lacrosse

Summer field Fees and Registration

Registration for Summer Field will open at 6pm April 1 and will close at midnight on April 15.  Make sure your US Lacrosse membership number is valid thru August 8th, as you will need that to register. 

10u is $180  full payment required at time of registration

12u/14u is $280. You can pay in full at registration or choose to split the payment with $180 due at registration and the remaining $100 due on May 22.  

River Falls: Kylie Ohlmiller Clinic

We are excited to announce the Kylie Ohlmiller Clinic

 
 

Learn lacrosse tips, tricks, and insights from one of the best to play the game! Kylie Ohlmiller (Stony Brook Class of 2018) is a current member of the United States Women's National Team/Team USA (USWNT).

She finished her career at Stony Brook as:

  • the NCAA Division 1 all-time leader for points
  • NCAA Division 1 all-time leader for assists 
  • a two-time Tewaaraton Award finalist
  • the number 1 overall draft pick (2018) for the New York Fight of the Women's Professional Lacrosse League (WPLL). 

She is sponsored by both New Balance Lacrosse and Brine Lacrosse.

Kylie will go over the following areas with our players:

  • stickwork, 
  • footwork, 
  • stickhandling, 
  • dodging 
  • shooting 
  • the main IQ points of both man-up/man-down and even-sided situations  

Kylie will be holding two clinics at the Univ. of Wisc. - River Falls Knowles Fieldhouse
Date:  Sunday, February 17, 2019
Times: Youth (1st-6th grades)/Beginner - 9:00 am- 10:30 am 
High School (7th -12th grade)/Advanced from 10:30 am-12:00 pm (noon).

Concordia Women's Lacrosse 

Concordia 8 Week Preseason Clinic

Our camp is designed to prepare players for their upcoming high school season. The clinic combines a strong emphasis on the technical, tactical and physical attributes of the individual player to enhance her lacrosse development. This EIGHT-week clinic will work on station work emphasizing individual skill work offensively, defensively, and on advanced team tactics. There will also be goalie specific training. Each training session will conclude with a scrimmage allowing players the opportunity to apply the topics covered in the training session into a live game environment.

Multiple Hamline Lacrosse Clinics 2019

GOALIE CLINIC

Register early as spots fill quickly! Hamline University is proud to offer our 4th annual goalie camp in 2019. The camp will focus on the mechanics of making saves and providing goalies the tools to manage the ball possession that she just captured for her team.

Drills will concentrate on:

-7 save positions

-working with both feet and hands in making saves so that the body and the stick are in the best position for success

-Crease positioning relative to the ball’s position in the critical scoring area will be taught to help goalies control the air space around the crease

-goalie footwork, passing mechanics to hit low and high clears, as well as out-of-crease-play to maintain the player advantage on the clear to the far restraining line

Come and train with the Hamline Lacrosse team MWLC 2017 & 2018 Conference Champions in 3 clinic sessions specifically designed to increase your Lacrosse IQ and challenge you as an individual player! Suitable for Advanced and Beginner players as we will split and work in small groups with Hamline Players and Staff!

January 20- Skills & Speed!

Bring a Friend to this Clinic! We will start with a warm-up and stick skills. Working on proper form with passing, catching, dodging, shooting and ground balls. Drills and Games to work on footwork and hand-eye coordination!

January 27- Shooting Clinic

Learn the Mechanics of Shooting, Dodging, Faking, Power Shots & Finishing in Tight. Also learning to perfect your 8 meter shot & Crease Rolls! All positions welcome!

February 10- Skills & SpeedLax!

Warm up with a few Lacrosse Drills and showcase your improvements over the clinic series...then we will play SpeedLax! a small 3v3 game with small lacrosse goals and lots of touches! Teams will be split up and will compete!
